The 1972 LUV (Light Utility Vehicle) was Chevy's first compact pickup and marked the beginning of a long partnership between the car maker and Isuzu. Imported from Japan and sold through Chevy dealerships, the LUV was designed to compete with small pickups from Toyota, Datsun, and Mazda during the growing fuel-conscious market of the early 1970s. Though modest in power and features, it played an important role in shaping the U.S. compact pickup market.

Lightweight but sturdy, this garment-dyed pocket tee carries a lived-in look without losing its structure. The small left-chest print peeks out like a quiet detail, good for days when you want something simple with personality. The heavyweight ring-spun cotton feels substantial on the body and the relaxed fit drapes easily over jeans or layered under a jacket. Colors have that soft, vintage wash from pigment dyeing, so the shirt looks worn-in from day one and keeps that character through wash after wash.

  • 100% ring-spun cotton for smooth, durable fabric
  • Pigment-dyed finish for a vintage, lived-in look
  • Heavyweight 6.1 oz fabric and relaxed fit for structure and comfort
  • Shoulder-to-shoulder twill and sewn-in label for added durability
  • Machine wash: cold (max 30C or 90F)
  • Tumble dry: low heat
