The 1933 Dodge H44 Tow Truck was a heavy-duty commercial vehicle designed for towing and hauling. The H44 model was built on a sturdy ladder-type frame and had a wheelbase of 131 inches. It was powered by a 217-cubic inch six-cylinder engine that produced 78 horsepower. It also featured hydraulic brakes, which were a relatively new technology at the time, as well as a winch and cable system capable of hauling up to 7,000 pounds.
