The 1936 Packard 1407 Twelve model was owned by Charlie Chaplin, and it was used in The Godfather, in The Betsy, and appeared in Remington Steele featuring Pierce Brosnan. The Packard 1407 Twelve was special-ordered with a multitude of options. The initial cost of the car was $6,290, equivalent to $110,000 today. It featured a 7.8 liter, V12 engine with 175 hp.
