1937 Cord 812 Phaeton Convertible T-shirt
The Cord 812 was the design child of Gordon Miller Buehrig, credited with the body design of both Auburn’s 851 Boattail Speedster and the Duesenberg Model J. Innovations Buehrig realized in the Cord design included: hidden door hinges; a rear-hinged hood that made the Cord’s coffin-nose possible; concealed, “pontoon”-style fenders; and the elimination of running boards.
This soft-style t-shirt puts a new spin on casual comfort. Made from very soft materials, this tee is 100% cotton for solid colors. Heather colors and sports grey include 10% polyester. The shoulders have twill tape for improved durability. The collar is made with ribbed knitting to prevent curling damage.
